[After the incident with Leia, Poe was pretty in the opposite mental state of being optimistic. The pilot planned on staying in for a bit. He needed to plan for stairs and maybe a cellar door to the new basement he created. It was pretty big plus he needed to map out what he really was going to do with the added floor. There certainly was a lot of water down there at the moment.

Poe needed to buy the necessary items in order to camp out at home for the days he needed. The air around him would feel tight, there would be a few tiny sparks flying around him. There's a mutter of an apology as he scares a passing native on the street when on makes a sharp crackle. It scared him too really since he's not used to feeling this way. The only person he could really blame was himself. But he had to figure out on how to keep on living forward. That's all he could really do, no matter how hard it was.

He stops moving a bit away from everything and anyone. The ground seems to smoke near him a bit as frustration starts to settle in. Poe could hope that no one notices. But as he hopes for that another loud crackle happens right by his head making the windows of a nearby shop rattle against their frames.]

[Yoda had been out and about, doing some shopping of his own. Most of what he needed was food, and a few things for his hut, but with the meager income he had, he was shopping as cheaply as he could. That's when he notices the environmental disturbances, and it doesn't take him long to locate their source; his favorite Rebel pilot. He didn't know what happened, but something had Poe shook to his core, and Yoda was determined to find out. Focusing his own calm on their surroundings to take some of the bite out of what Poe was doing, Yoda approaches the taller man, a gentle smile on his face.]

Bothering you, something is my friend?

[There were definitely times when he didn't mind this place. He was so used to making himself feel embarrassed by his positive emotions. Poe never really knew how his negative emotions could be on the outside of this world. But he knew that there were others that have abilities. Poe gives a small shake of his head while looking down at Yoda, but instead he took a step back before going into a somewhat kneel or crouch to be level with him.]

I bet you can really tell without actually having to see the effects. [Poe sort of knew a bit about the Force and what it could do. There were plenty of stories but he didn't really know the full potential of either side.] You're not wrong in your question.

[Yoda was quickly learning of the effects of his emotions, when his isolation and loneliness got the better of him and turned everything around him into a swamp, or when his brief moments of anger started fires around him.]

[ Poe's fires were from frustration. The sparks is probably a deeper emotion that he couldn't quite place. It sounds as if Yoda is too in tune to his emotions than what a Jedi would think. But this place surprises everyone. ]

You're right about that too, but I have done all of that here once before. I don't want any more people dealing with my burdens. Talking is a better direction. I wouldn't mind hearing some of your stories. I can share some of mine too.

[ The pilot had suffered alone a year ago, but he did it by himself. It was no easy thing either but he slowly got through it by meeting new people. He distracted himself with books, but those books he enjoyed had been read a dozen times over by now. His current project wouldn't be able to handle his emotional turmoil right now. ]
